Started my real estate career in Hawaii in 2005.    Learned quickly that selling real estate was much easier when it was well prepared, well marketed and well priced.

Over the years, we have continuously sought to find cost effective ways to add the most value to client’s properties prior to selling.  From painting homes, inside and out, to planting palms to create privacy, we find this preparation helps homes sell for more in a shorter amount of time. 

The marketing piece of our listings, begins with  several short, HGTV style, videos that document the properties transformation.  These videos are posted to social media to create buzz weeks prior to listing.  We capture the finished product with photography and videography with an eye for the lifestyle.  Pushing the media to go outside of the homes four walls to capture and incorporate the greatest outdoors lifestyle in the world.

Once the listing is completed and ready for market, we have strong analytical tools to pull data from the latest sales to determine the best price to market the property, for maximum interest.
